Full Journal pdf2007-05-01 House Journal Page 1023 HB 171 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 989) on the following: 2007-05-01 House Journal Page 1024 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 171(STA) am "An Act relating to the date and time for convening regular legislative sessions, certain procedures of the legislature, the date for organizing the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee, and deadlines for certain matters or reports to be filed or delivered to the legislature or a legislative committee; prohibiting bonuses for legislative employees; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 171(STA) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 171(STA) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 171(STA). The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 171(STA) am?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate and respectfully requested it to recede.
